• We use a management system that keeps records of the installation date and all your carpet cleaning through us. If you ever need to file a warranty claim, we have you covered! We can provide copies of receipts upon request.
• If you forget about getting your carpet cleaned – no worries! We send out reminders every 3 months (up to 24 months) to keep your warranty up to date and your carpet looking great!
