*This includes an inspection before cleaning. If the carpet cannot be cleaned to industry standards the gift certificate will go towards new flooring! We will also note any spots or stains that may not clean out, any odors such as pets or musty odors and damages to the floor. We can also give you an estimate to restretch, patch holes, fix seams, or odor treatments while we are there as well! Also, not redeemable for cash.
